The original English Lutheran Church in Lake Benton was built in 1901 and burned to the ground in 1943. The limestone-faced church was completed in 1950. The name was changed to Grace Lutheran upon the merger with the Diamond Lake Lutheran congregation. Seating capacity of the church is approximately 180, with an overflow area for addition seating. The church recently put in new windows and central air conditioning.

An educational unit was added on in 1966, and in 2004, a fellowship room was built. Grace is a fully handicapped accessible building. There are five Sunday School rooms in the lower level, in addition to a large dining area, a kitchen, and rest rooms. A conference room/library is located on the main floor along with Pastor Julie Anderson’s office.
